Dog Lolly's story of pet transportation
In July 2020, Monica (a pseudonym) ended her working experience in China and prepared to return to France with her beloved dog ‘Lolly’. As her household goods were safely under our care, the main thing she worried about was Lolly’s relocation.
When Monica learned that is addition to household goods, we can also provide assistance with pet relocations, she again asked for our assistance.
There are two types of pet transportation: 1. Transport pet as excess baggage 2. Transport pet as cargo
Due to COVID-19, there were lots of difficulties such as limited flights, uncertain flight schedules and strict regulations for pet transportation. We clarified to Monica on different requirements for different pet transportations including the processes, required documents, costs, etc.
Monica told us: "Lolly is a timid girl. Travelling as excess baggage is a better choice for both of us." We therefore started preparations accordingly. The preparations went well. On the departure date, Lolly's kennel which she had used many times for international trips were not allowed to be used again due to some unexpected reasons. Fortunately, our colleague accompanied Lolly and Monica during the whole process and the kennel problem was solved in time.In the end of the story, Monica and Lolly arrived home smoothly.
This is only one normal example among pet transportation cases. In the post-epidemic era, we are dedicated to assisting these little guys to travel smoothly!
